With 2020 coming to a close, we find ourselves reflecting on the past year while still planning for the future. It has been a challenging year for many and we are extremely grateful for the continued support we have received from all our customers and partners. We’d like to take a moment to thank you for working with us. It has been a pleasure doing business with you and your organization this year and we will continue to work hard to keep earning your trust and support.

Company Growth
One of the most significant milestones we marked this year was completing our state-of-the-art factory in Amasya, Turkey. Despite the unexpected events the world has faced this year, we were able to complete and occupy the 140,000 sq ft factory and grow our team to 330+ employees. This facility further enables us to deliver the quality and capacity that our customers have become accustomed to. We plan to continue our growth in 2021 with new additions to our business operations and our teams.
Product Development and Innovation
We are committed to the continuous improvement of our products, and thanks to our team of innovative professionals, we were able to provide our customers with remarkable innovations this year. In 2020, we focused on bringing new products to market to help our customers be successful. We launched both the Dually and 4Trans bags this year, which help our customers save money and keep their customers happy. Be on the lookout for exciting innovations coming in 2021!
Sustainability
Helping our customers with sustainability remains at the forefront of our objectives. In addition to developing new products and growing our operations, we also expanded our sustainability programs this year. In 2020, we got more companies than ever before to reuse our airbags, have a positive impact on the environment and bring savings to their bottom line. Our aim is to continue expanding our efforts to help our customers in maximizing their sustainability efforts when it comes to load securement.
Global Presence
In our efforts to become a global partner to many of our customers, we invested in obtaining international certification. Our latest innovation, 4Trans, which is the optimal solution for lateral load securement in multiple shipping modes, is now independently and internationally certified.
In 2020, our customers and partners experienced the value-add which Cargo Tuff provides. Our customers now understand the benefits of Cargo Tuff being a 100% vertically integrated company. The cost and quality of the materials and products we manufacture as well as the service we provide, clearly separates us from the competition. In 2021, we will continue to differentiate ourselves through exceptional products and services.
