Recycling Instructions

Thank you for helping us ensure proper reuse and recycling of CargoTuff dunnage airbags. Follow the steps below to prepare and secure your used green airbags for collection. These guidelines will help streamline the recycling process, reduce waste, and support our commitment to sustainability.

Please follow each step carefully to ensure that all materials are packed, secured, and ready for transport.

1. Unpack and Disassemble the Shipment:

• Cut the plastic straps.

• Remove stretch film and corner support units from the bottom of the pallet.

• Keep the pallet in place.

2. Set Up the Box:

• Open one of the lids and place it on top of the pallet.

• Place the box inside the bottom lid.

3. Prepare the Box Interior:

• Remove the backing from the double-sided tape on both the top and bottom of each corner supports.

• Secure a corner support in each corner inside the box.

4. Load the Used GREEN Airbags:

• Deflate each airbag fully, keeping the valve in the open position.

• Flatten each airbag as much as possible.

• Stack the flattened airbags inside the box.

5. Final Steps:

• Ensure only used green airbags are in the box, with no additional materials.

• Close and secure the top lid tightly once all airbags are inside.

• Secure the box to the pallet by using the plastic straps: use two straps on the long side and two straps on the short side of the box.
